MECC 2026 Registration Information
Registration through IFAC PaperCept (link) is mandatory for all conference and workshop participants.

Note: Student registrations will open on July 21, 2026. Please note that student registration does not include any submission upload. Also, students applying for travel award are recommended to register after the travel award decisions are made.

*: By IFAC’s new policy, either a full manuscript or an abstract counts as a submission for full registration.
- Attendees must register under one of the registration categories listed above to join the conference.
- Registrants who are members of any member societies of AACC may register at the Member rate.
- Full Regular registration (both member and non-member rates) will allow the authors maximum of four submission uploads.

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your registration, please notify the Registration Chair (Satadru Dey, skd5685@psu.edu) in writing.
- If your registration was used to upload a paper, poster, or abstract, then it cannot be canceled even if the paper, poster, or abstract were withdrawn.
- Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration occurs by Sept. 1, 2026, with an administration cost of USD 100. No refunds can be provided for cancellations after by Sept. 1, 2026.
- All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
