Hotel Room Sharing

To facilitate hotel room sharing among students attending MECC 2026, a Google spreadsheet will be provided for participants interested in coordinating accommodations with other attendees.

Students interested in sharing a hotel room may enter their information in the spreadsheet and directly contact other participants with compatible travel schedules and lodging preferences.
